We were given the very distinct honor of accepting an extremely generous donation to Joe’s memorial foundation. This was presented by his fifth grade graduating class at Jacksonville Beach Elementary. It was explained to me that the students voted on what to do with the funds and this is what they decided on. It’s fair to say we were beyond touched and very emotional. We continue to be so very honored by the love and support this community has shown us. You remind us over and over that Joe will not be forgotten. That is, perhaps, the best gift a bereaved family could hope for. With gratitude and love
